Established in 1986 to address local agricultural issues, SARDA published its first combined project and annual report in the spring of 1988. The Back Forty newsletter was first created in 1991 and in May of 2013, SARDA launched the webpage www.sarda.ca. These extension efforts have evolved, with changes in content, design and frequency.
